50 Years Music Association Übersee-Feldwies — Founding Festival

The 55th District Music Festival in 2025 in Übersee was a major event for the Bavarian brass music scene. The festival tent, with a capacity of up to 3,000 people, was fully booked on several evenings, and the star parade of guest orchestras attracted tens of thousands of visitors to the Chiemgau town.

The highlight was the festival Sunday with a field service and a parade through Übersee — bands in traditional costumes from across the Alps formed one of the largest music festivals in the region in 2025. The experience gained from this district festival laid the groundwork for the 2026 festival week celebrating the 50th anniversary of the organizing association.
