Edition 2025 — 40 Years Blaskapelle Leonberg
In preparation for the 40th anniversary in 2026, the Blaskapelle Maxhütte-Leonberg e.V. prepared the anniversary year in 2025 and, as usual, was present with performances at club and town festivals in the Schwandorf district. Under the direction of Regina Sturm, the band cultivates the Bohemian-Bavarian brass music tradition of the Upper Palatinate.
In 2025, the Blaskapelle Maxhütte-Leonberg e.V. focused on preparing for its 40th anniversary. As every year, the band performed at club evenings, church events, and festivals in Maxhütte-Haidhof and the Schwandorf district.
Under the direction of Regina Sturm, the association upheld the Bohemian-Bavarian brass music tradition and geared up for the major festival weekend in 2026, for which Mayor Rudolf Seidl took over the patronage.
