Overview

In 2025, the Höllbachgeister performed as usual at Guggenmusik gatherings in the Hotzenwald and neighboring Switzerland, but did not organize their own major festival. Instead, the support association prepared for the big 22nd-anniversary festival in 2026 — with program planning, sponsorship acquisition, and logistics for the Brass Night.

Performances and Preparations 2025

2025 was a year of regular Fasnacht and festival parade performances for the Höllbachgeister: in Görwihl, Tiengen, Waldshut, and across the border in Basel. The Guggenmusik group, with its approximately 30 active members, participated in the major High Rhine Fasnachts as every year and supported local events with musical performances.

In parallel, the support association was already working on preparations for the major 22nd-anniversary celebration in 2026 — securing Stubete Gäng from Switzerland as a top act was considered an important milestone in program planning. The proceeds from the anniversary festival will go towards the Guggenmusik's association work.
