In 2025, there was no major anniversary festival for the Schneeberg Volunteer Fire Brigade. The brigade used the year to prepare for the 150th-anniversary celebration in 2026, including a commemorative publication, anniversary badges, and detailed planning of the festive parade.

2025 was entirely dedicated to the preparation of the 150th-anniversary celebration. A festival committee consisting of active members, honorary members, and representatives of partner brigades planned the program, festive parade, commemorative publication, and anniversary badges over several meetings. In parallel, the brigade collected historical photos and documents for an accompanying exhibition.

The smaller annual fire brigade festival and regular training and practice sessions took place as usual in 2025; the major festive year is 2026.
