Overview

In 2025, the Volunteer Fire Brigade Bonstetten was fully focused on preparing for the 150th founding festival in 2026. The festival committee worked on the program, a commemorative publication, and partner brigades. Regular club activities such as the "Experience the Fire Brigade" holiday program and operational duties characterized the year leading up to the anniversary.

Anniversary Year in Focus

In 2025, everything in Bonstetten revolved around the preparation for the grand 150th founding festival in 2026. The festival committee of the Volunteer Fire Brigade Bonstetten planned the three-day festival program, coordinated with the District Fire Brigade Association Augsburg for the first District Children's Fire Brigade Day, and arranged the parade and partner brigades.

In parallel, regular club operations continued: operational duties, training of the youth fire brigade and the "Feuerfüchse" children's fire brigade, as well as the traditional "Experience the Fire Brigade" holiday program for children from Bonstetten and the surrounding area. No separate founding festival took place in 2025.
