Edition 2025 — 120 Years Frisch-Auf Hintersee
In the anniversary year preceding the main event, club members celebrated Pentecost 2025 with a smaller program centered around the individual time trial and a boat race on the village lake. These events also served as preparation for the grand 120th-anniversary festival in 2026.
Even without a major anniversary celebration, Pentecost 2025 was a fixed date in the SV Frisch-Auf 1906 Blau-Weiss Hintersee club calendar. Members and villagers gathered at the sports grounds for a Pentecost barbecue. The neighboring Hintersee cycling team organized the 18th individual time trial at the Fennschänke on Whit Monday.
The smaller-scale event in 2025 served, in a way, as a trial run for the club's major anniversary festival the following year. The club's board gained experience in logistics, catering, and program planning, which were incorporated into the 2026 concept. The event remained firmly rooted in the tradition of village club life in the Vorpommern-Greifswald district.
