Edition 2025 — 100 Years MV Flözlingen
2025 was the preparatory year for the Musikverein Flözlingen for the grand 100th anniversary in 2026. The association held regular concerts and performances at the festivals of guest brass bands, but simultaneously worked intensively on the program planning for the anniversary year, on the commemorative publication for the 100th anniversary, and on coordination with guest associations for the 2026 anniversary festival.
Preparation for the Anniversary Year
2025 was a year of intensive preparation for the Musikverein Flözlingen: With the upcoming 100th anniversary in 2026, the festival committee worked on program planning, securing guest brass bands, creating a commemorative publication documenting the club's 100-year history, as well as logistics and sponsor acquisition.
In parallel, the association, as every year, held regular concerts and performances: spring concert, appearances at the Heimatabend (homeland evening), participation in parades of other associations in the Rottweil district. The anticipation of the grand anniversary shaped the entire club life — and mobilized additional volunteers from the district and the municipality of Zimmern ob Rottweil.
