Overview
In 2025, the Brodowin Fire Brigade held its annual summer festival — a preview of the big anniversary in 2026. A classic brigade festival with demonstration drills, children's activities, catering, and an evening dance. The traditional festival at the fire station attracted residents from Brodowin and neighboring districts of the municipality of Chorin, as it does every year.
Summer Festival 2025 — Kick-off to the Anniversary Year
The 2025 summer festival was already dedicated to the upcoming 100th anniversary. The brigade took the opportunity to recruit new members and present the preparations for the 2026 anniversary festival. Classic format: opening ceremony in the morning, demonstration drills, children's activities, catering, and an evening dance — typical Brandenburg village life in Barnim, with the charm of the well-known eco-village of Brodowin.
