Light Art in Augsburg

Since 2019, the Light Nights Augsburg turned the city center into an open-air art gallery every October. With light installations and animations projected onto buildings and public squares, the event invited visitors to stroll through the city, attracting tens of thousands of people each year. Unlike traditional stage-based festivals, the public could explore the city on foot and discover the installations at their own pace.
