Zwiefachentag in Hemau

The Zwiefachentag travels through a different district of the Upper Palatinate each year. The 2025 edition also followed the proven concept: during the day, courses on Zwiefachen for various instruments, as well as singing and dance courses, complemented by a cultural-historical lecture; in the evening, convivial music and dancing.

Reports from the region noted that the Zwiefachentag made the Upper Palatinate lifestyle »tangible«. The organizer was again the cultural and heritage preservation department of the district of Upper Palatinate, and admission was free. Before the return to Hemau in 2026, the 2025 edition marked another stop on the series travelling through the Upper Palatinate.
