Overview
The 2025 Zöppkesmarkt took place as usual in Solingen's city centre. A songwriter stage, street music, showman attractions, and club stands characterised the event — a proven city festival format for the "Blade City" in the Bergisches Land, which was still organised by the Gesellschaft zur Förderung der traditionellen Solinger Brauchtums UG in 2025.
The 2025 edition followed the established three-day format. Stages in the city centre, classic fairground operations, club stands, and Sunday shopping — Solingen's established city festival choreography. It was also the last edition under the responsibility of the previous organiser, who terminated the contract effective March 30th, 2026.
