Edition 2025 — Salatkirmes

The 297th Ziegenhainer Salatkirmes took place in late May/early June 2025 with its classic program: Kirmes opening ceremony, parade, Lattchen meal, and marquee evenings. It once again confirmed its status as the largest folk festival in the Schwalm-Eder district.

Last year's edition continued all traditions: from the Kirmes opening ceremony on the parade ground to the duck race, the Sunday parade, and the Lattchen meal. The town of Schwalmstadt once again recorded tens of thousands of visitors.
