Westwind — The Festival on Gutenbergplatz 2026

Westwind 2025

The 2025 edition was the last one-day event before the expansion to two festival days in 2026. Westwind Karlsruhe e.V. hosted the neighbourhood festival as always at Gutenbergplatz — live music with local bands and artists, gastronomy from the Weststadt, creative stalls, urban neighbourhood atmosphere.

The growing popularity of previous editions and the desire for more space for the programme and interaction motivated the association to expand to two festival days starting in 2026. Admission remained free as always. Support from BB Bank and other local sponsors enabled the event to maintain its usual quality.
