The 60th Workshop for Young Filmmakers took place in May 2025 as a юбилей edition – six decades of supporting German-speaking young filmmakers without competition pressure.
In 2025, the Workshop for Young Filmmakers celebrated its 60th anniversary. For six decades, the festival has supported young filmmakers from German-speaking countries without forcing them into a competitive logic. The 2025 program followed the established four-day format with film screenings, workshops, and networking at the Wilhelm-Kempf-Haus Naurod and the Caligari FilmBühne Wiesbaden.
