Overview

The 5th Roetgen Wine Festival once again attracted wine lovers from the Aachen region, Belgium, and the Eifel to Wervicq-Platz at the end of August 2025. Three days of tastings, live music, and club contributions characterized the festival and solidified its reputation as a relaxed, premium-oriented wine event in late summer.

The 5th edition of the Roetgen Wine Festival confirmed the concept in 2025: organized voluntarily, with a village character, yet with a serious commitment to the selection of vintners. The stage next to the town hall offered live music of various genres; the clubs of the local committee handled service, catering, and setup.

Over the past years, the Wervicq-Platz stage has become a fixture in the Eifel summer; alongside the summer rock festival, the event is one of Roetgen's two main open-air dates.
