Overview
The 2025 Weinbergfest in Seitenroda attracted numerous visitors to the vineyards above the Saale. Thuringian wine, regional specialties, and the spectacular view into the southern Saale valley once again proved to be a convincing combination for an authentic rural festival.
The 2025 edition continued the tradition established in recent years. The wooden pavilions among the rows of vines, the view of Leuchtenburg Castle, and the folk-style live music created a relaxed festival atmosphere. The Seitenroda Weinbergfest once again confirmed its importance as a successful example of how small wine-growing regions can keep their identity alive through village-run festivals.
