Overview

The Christmas market at St. Bartholomew's Church in 2025 took place on the 2nd Advent weekend: Saturday, December 6, 10:00 AM–7:30 PM and Sunday, December 7, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM. The highlight remained the appearance of the Christkind, who presented gingerbread to the children.

The 2025 market seamlessly continued the tradition established in 1971. The market opening hours, Saturday 10:00 AM–7:30 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM–6:00 PM, were officially communicated through the town and parish channels; the market activities remained organized as usual around St. Bartholomew's Church as a circular path.

Local media (Nordbayerischer Kurier, Frankenradar) reported on the Advent atmosphere at St. Bartholomew's Church, the brass concerts, and the Punch and Judy show. The Christkind distributed gingerbread to the waiting children late on Saturday afternoon.
