Edition 2025 — Weihnachtsmarkt Aufseß
The Weihnachtsmarkt Schloss Unteraufseß took place on the first Sunday of Advent, November 30, 2025. The municipality of Aufseß once again invited visitors to the atmospheric courtyard of the Renaissance castle, featuring a festive service, regional crafts, Franconian beer specialties, and an Advent sing-along.
The 2025 edition of the Christmas market at Unteraufseß Castle offered, as usual, a particularly intimate Advent atmosphere. In the historic courtyard, regional craftspeople presented their work, while mulled wine and beer stands from the Aufseß breweries provided warming moments of enjoyment.
The day began with the festive service at 9:15 AM in the parish church. The market opened in the afternoon and concluded in the evening with the traditional Advent sing-along, where brass ensembles and choirs from Franconian Switzerland performed Advent songs.
