While the arts and crafts and farmers' market of the same name has gained supra-regional appeal in March, the Weihnachtsmarkt Ilsede-Gadenstedt is a deliberately small, local format. The focus is on the village community: clubs, schools, church communities, and individual vendors set up their stalls in the historic village center.
