In 2025, too, stalls were set up around St. Marien Church on the weekend before the 1st Advent. The tried-and-tested programme – local crafts, mulled wine, bratwurst, waffles, festive Christmas lights – ensured full spaces and a warm start to Advent, as every year.
The market remains one of the most charming village events in southern Dithmarschen – a welcome start to the pre-Christmas season between Marne and Meldorf.
