Overview

The Weidhäuser Kirchweih 2025 took place on Sunday, October 12, at Zimmleshof. Festival start at 10 AM, pumpkin submission until 12:30 PM, pumpkin award ceremony at 4 PM. The Weidhausen Fruit and Garden Association had previously requested helpers for setup and dismantling and for bakers of sheet cakes from among its members.

Review of the 2025 Kirchweih

Setup at Zimmleshof began on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 10 AM – club members and volunteers set up tents, tables, and benches. On Kirchweih Sunday, October 12, the Fruit and Garden Association opened the festival at 10 AM with Frühschoppen and lunch. Pumpkin submissions were accepted until 12:30 PM, and in the afternoon, there was coffee and homemade sheet cake. The highlight, as every year, was the pumpkin award ceremony at 4 PM.

The 2025 Kirchweih continued the long tradition of Allerweltskirchweihen in the Coburg region and remained firmly anchored in village life.
