Wattenlaufen mit Musik Büsum

In 2025, Wattenlaufen mit Musik celebrated its 125th anniversary. In this anniversary year, Mudflat President Momme Claußen again led guests into the mudflats off Büsum on nine dates. Several thousand participants and spectators came to the Mudflat Grandstand on the main beach over the summer.

The Bordkapelle von mahoin, the Oelixdorfer Musikzug, and the Wolfram Berg- und Hüttenkapelle took turns as musical accompaniment. The highlight of each event remained the Seesal-Zeremonie, during which participants were baptized as honorary Büsumers by the Mudflat President.
