Overview

The 76th Warburger Oktoberwoche in 2025 took place as usual over ten days in early October with a festival tent, fairground, Stadthalle program, Oktoberwochenlauf, and closing fireworks. It was also the last festival week with the previous host before the 2026 tender led to the change to Köster Event + Gastronomie.

The 76th Warburger Oktoberwoche took place in 2025 in its traditional format: ten festival days with a festival tent, amusement rides, Stadthalle events, and sporting competitions. As usual, highlights included the Mayor's keg tapping ceremony to open the event, Family Day, Senior Afternoon, and the 48th Oktoberwochenlauf on the final Sunday. The closing fireworks marked the end of the festival week.

The 2025 edition was also the last under the previous festival host. Subsequently, the supervisory board of Stadtwerke Warburg re-tendered the catering contract — the choice in 2026 fell to Köster Event + Gastronomie. This allowed regular guests to fondly remember a traditional season in its familiar form.
