Edition 2025 — Wangener Narrensprung
The Wangener Fasnet 2025, as usual, attracted tens of thousands of spectators to the Old Town. The Great Narrensprung on Rose Monday, March 3, 2025, with around 70 guilds from the region and Switzerland, remained the highlight — wooden masks, Häser, music bands, and pure Swabian-Alemannic tradition in the historic imperial city of Wangen.
2025 Review
The Wangener Fasnet 2025 ran from 'Schmutziger Donnerstag' (Feb 27) to 'Fasendienstag' (March 4). The Great Narrensprung on Rose Monday, March 3, 2025, followed the classic route through the Old Town — Bindstraße, Marktplatz, Frauentor, Spitalstraße. Around 70 guilds from Württemberg Allgäu, the Lake Constance region, Switzerland, and Vorarlberg participated. In sunny but cold weather, tens of thousands of spectators lined the streets.
