Volksfest Freising — Edition 2025

The Freisinger Volksfest also took place in September 2025 at the Luitpoldanlage. It traditionally opened with a parade from Marienplatz to the festival grounds. For over ten days, the beer tent featuring beer from Weihenstephan and Hofbrauhaus Freising, modern amusement rides and traditional carousels, an extensive music program, and a fireworks display offered entertainment for the entire region. Accompanying sporting events and cycling races in the city center completed the program. The Volksfest once again confirmed its status as a major social highlight in the Freising district, Bavaria.
