Edition 2024 — Vogelschießen Beldorf
The Vogelschießen Beldorf 2024 took place at the Ole School community center. The municipality and the clubs continued the long-standing Vogelschießen tradition — a central village event for the Geest community on the Eider river.
The 2024 edition once again proved the tried-and-tested format: Vogelschießen for young and old at the Ole School community center, joint catering by the clubs, and the crowning of the new bird shooting king in the evening.
Beldorf thus keeps alive a festival culture that is part of the identity of many small North German communities — and which is increasingly consciously cultivated because the voluntary sponsorship connects generations.
