Overview

The Vinzenzifest Wendlingen 2025 took place on the last weekend of July 2025 in the town. As every year, the Vinzenzi Procession on Sunday morning, the Egerländer costume parade, and the Vinzenzi Market with around 80 stalls characterized the weekend. Wendlingen, sponsor city of the Egerländer in Baden-Württemberg since 1955, is the most important platform for the Egerländer diaspora in Germany.

Vinzenzifest 2025

The 2025 edition continued the decades-long tradition. The Egerländer connection — firmly anchored in Wendlingen's community since 1955 — brings thousands of costume enthusiasts and descendants of Egerländer expellees to Wendlingen every year. The Sunday morning procession and the Sunday afternoon festival parade form the established double choreography of the festival.

The Federation of Egerländer of Baden-Württemberg, the St. Kolumban parish, and the City of Wendlingen coordinate the Vinzenzifest in annual cooperation — a successful and organizationally proven event structure.
