The 2025 edition of 'Vielfalt tut gut!' drew a diverse audience to Dr. Ferdinand-David-Park, visibly highlighting the international composition of Hagen's urban society. Street food, concerts, and workshops formed the core of the day.
With the 2025 festival, the format proved itself as an important civil society event in Hagen. In 2026, it will again be funded by the federal program 'Demokratie leben!' – a long-term signal for the anchoring of democracy education in the urban festival culture of North Rhine-Westphalia.
