The 29th ViaThea took place in early July 2025 in Görlitz-Zgorzelec. As every year, three days of street theatre at various venues in the old town with international ensembles and free admission to all open-air performances.
29th Edition 2025
The 29th ViaThea continued the established format: international street theatre ensembles from European and non-European countries performed for three days on the squares of Görlitz's old town. Open-air performances with free admission, special shows in the theatre with tickets, festival atmosphere throughout the European City. Preparations for the 30th anniversary in 2026 already began in 2025.
