Veilchendienstagszug Mönchengladbach 2025 — Germany's largest Shrove Tuesday parade with 4,500 participants, 82 floats, a 5.5 km route, and up to 400,000 spectators. The last edition before the 90th anniversary in 2026.
Last year, the Veilchendienstagszug once again paraded through Mönchengladbach — the route from Lüpertzender Straße to Goebenstraße, featuring the usual mix of 82 floats, 30 carnival societies, and a sea of spectators.
