Culture Summer at the Passion Theater Oberammergau – TYLL

In 2025, the Passion Theater Oberammergau again used the inter-season years between the major Passion Plays to establish itself as a venue for high-quality drama and concert productions. Staging alternated on the famous stage, connecting the Alpine world theater village with contemporary theater and music trends.

With this program line, the Passion Theater laid the groundwork for the ambitious productions of the following summer, which in 2026 will focus on Christian Stückl's adaptation of »Tyll«.
