The Fischerhochzeit 2017 was the highlight of Tutzing's anniversary year. As always, the historic play was carried by Tutzing citizens, the bridal couple came from an old fishing family – with a festive parade, traditional costumes, and a multi-day program on Lake Starnberg.
The Fischerhochzeit 2017 was the highlight of Tutzing's anniversary year and followed the tradition of taking place approximately every five years since 1975. Supported by Tutzing citizens, the local and traditional costume association »Tutzinger Gilde«, and tradition-conscious families, the historic play about the wedding of 1812 was performed with a festive parade, traditional costumes, music, and dance. The 2017 edition paved the way for the next major Fischerhochzeit.
