Overview
In the run-up to the grand anniversary weekend, the usual club life of TSV Osterholz-Tenever shaped the summer of 2025 in Bremen's East. With around 1,900 members and over twenty departments, the club, founded in 1909, is one of the largest in the Hanseatic city and was preparing for the celebrations of 100 years of football, 70 years of badminton, and 30 years of taekwondo in the anniversary year's lead-up.
The club year 2025 for TSV Osterholz-Tenever was entirely focused on preparations for the 2026 anniversary weekend. As one of Bremen's largest sports clubs by membership, founded in 1909 as Freie Turnerschaft, the club at Walliser Straße maintained training and match operations in over twenty departments – from football to badminton to taekwondo – thus laying the foundation for the grand celebration the following year.
