Review: Travemünder Woche 2025
The 136th edition in 2025 continued the tradition: ten days of world-class sailing regattas on the Bay of Lübeck, combined with a maritime folk festival along the beach promenade and Passat harbor. The international professional field used the Travemünder Woche as a central event in the Olympic class and class cup calendar.
The folk festival, Trave Races, Rotspon Cup, Family Day, and a diverse concert program attracted hundreds of thousands of visitors from the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, from Hamburg, and from all over Northern Germany. Admission to the folk festival and watching the regattas from the shore was, as always, free.
