Traditional Harvest Festival Kößlarn

The traditional Harvest Festival Kößlarn was also celebrated in 2025 on the second Sunday in September. As for centuries, the festival day began with a solemn service in the Pilgrimage Church of the Holy Trinity. Afterwards, the harvest procession moved through the market, with historical children's groups depicting old professions and crafts, and the Blessed Sacrament under the canopy at the center. Citizens and the parish of Kößlarn jointly supported the festival; after the procession, local associations provided food and a convivial gathering. The festival once again underscored its character as a religious traditional festival and an expression of gratitude for the harvest and livelihoods.
