Overview
The Tillyfest 2025 took place on September 13 and 14 in the village center of Breitenbrunn. Swedish dragoons, Bavarian cuirassiers, Landsknechte, and camp followers brought the Thirty Years' War to life. Storming of the Market Square on Saturday afternoon, grand fire spectacle on Saturday evening, and the Historical Parade on Sunday with Count Tilly on horseback. Organizer: Markt Breitenbrunn.
Review of 2025
The 2025 edition of the Tillyfest on September 13 and 14 followed the established format with a military camp, storming of the Market Square, fire spectacle on Saturday evening, and the Historical Parade on Sunday afternoon. Over 30 historical groups from German-speaking countries participated, along with tens of thousands of visitors from Bavaria, Franconia, the Czech Republic, and Austria.
