The 2025 edition of the Thuringian Wine Festival Bad Sulza took place on the third weekend in August, following the established pattern: opening of the Wine Mile on Friday evening, festive parade on Saturday afternoon, and crowning of the new Thuringian Wine Princess on Sunday. The market square and spa gardens showcased the vintners of the Saale-Unstrut region.
Bad Sulza 2025 — The Wine Mile on the Market Square
From August 15 to 17, 2025, vintners from the Saale-Unstrut wine-growing region transformed the Bad Sulza town center into an open wine route. On the market square and in the alleys around the spa gardens, the wineries served their wines, presenting vintages from 2023 and 2024. Live music accompanied the festive parade on Saturday and the crowning of the new Thuringian Wine Princess on Sunday.
