In 2025, the Vineyard Festival in the wine village of Kaatschen once again attracted numerous visitors. The Thuringian Zahn Winery presented its new vintage, invited guests for vineyard hikes on the Dachsberg, and offered exciting program points with carriage and raft trips. The festival weekend once again confirmed the importance of this wine festival within the Saale-Unstrut region.
The 2025 edition continued the tradition, combining the current wine vintage from the Thuringian Zahn Winery with a rich supporting program. Families and wine lovers alike found tasting stands, regional gastronomy, and an evening music program on the festival meadow at Dachsberg. Hikes through the vineyards, carriage rides, and a raft on the Saale river made the weekend a thoroughly successful start to the autumn season in Weimarer Land.
