Overview

The 2025 Thuringian Palace Days took place at Whitsun in the palaces and parks of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar and partner institutions. Four days of concerts, performances, themed tours, and family activities in Belvedere, Tiefurt, Stadtschloss, and the Park an der Ilm marked the festival against the backdrop of the UNESCO World Heritage site.

2025 Edition

The 2025 Palace Days once again opened the ensemble of palaces, parks, and museums of the Klassik Stiftung Weimar and partners from the Thuringian Treasury at Whitsun. Themed tours through the Dichterzimmer, chamber concerts in the palace libraries, performances in the Ekhof Theatre Gotha, and family programmes in Schloss Belvedere and Tiefurt formed the pillars of the event. The Klassik Stiftung traditionally combined cultural-historical education with contemporary performance practice against the UNESCO World Heritage backdrop of Weimar.
