Overview

The 29th edition of the Taubertal-Festival ran from August 7th to 10th, 2025, on the Eiswiese below Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Four days of rock, punk, hip-hop, and indie with headliners from Germany, Great Britain, the USA, and Australia, as well as a stable core of fans who have accompanied Taubertal for years.

The 2025 festival was again one of the most attended editions in recent years. On the main stage were, among others, Papa Roach, I Prevail, Enter Shikari, and Hilltop Hoods, plus Kontra K, Madsen, Betontod, Yungblud, Nothing But Thieves, and Emil Bulls. Thursday was opened by H-Blockx and Dubioza Kolektiv. As in previous years, the festival was sold out with around 20,000 day visitors. The lineup reflected the Taubertal-Festival's ambition to combine international headliners with the German and European scene, laying the foundation for the 30th anniversary in 2026.
