Overview

The Tauberbischofsheim Castle Christmas 2025 took place on the first two Advent weekends in December. Around 40 festively decorated stalls on the castle square, Advent music by regional choirs, and the Tauberfranken Landscape Museum with an Advent program made the market one of the most beautiful in the Main-Tauber district.

2025 Edition

In 2025, the Tauberbischofsheim Castle Christmas ran over two Advent weekends — December 5th to 7th (2nd Advent) and December 12th to 14th (3rd Advent). As every year, the castle square transformed into an intimate Advent landscape with 40 festively decorated stalls.

The Tourist Information registered numerous visitors from the Main-Tauber district and along the Romantic Road. The Tauberbischofsheim Brass Choir, several school choirs, and an evening concert in St. Martin's City Parish Church shaped the musical program. The city announced the 2026 edition for the first two Advent weekends.
