Overview
In 2025, the Hartenholm Civic Association once again invited guests to Tanz in den Mai on the festival meadow on April 30th. As in previous years, families and neighbors gathered for the traditional Walpurgis Night celebration, and the Maypole was erected in the early evening with musical accompaniment.
The program followed the tried-and-tested schedule: dance music from 6 PM, Maypole raising from 7 PM, refreshments at the festival tent, and a convivial wind-down. In 2025, the Maypole was also guarded throughout the night — a classic custom consistently maintained in Hartenholm.
