Edition 2025 — Days of Open Wine Cellars

The 2025 edition of the Days of Open Wine Cellars took place on the first weekend of August, once again bringing together around 50 wineries from the Saale-Unstrut wine region.

The Days of Open Wine Cellars 2025 confirmed the well-established format. Around 50 wineries between Naumburg, Freyburg, Bad Kösen, Laucha, and the Mansfelder Seen opened their doors — many visitors combined the day with a wine hike and an overnight stay in the region. The 9th Night of Lights in Freyburg was once again fully booked.
