SUBMERGE Festival Berlin

The 2025 edition solidified the concept of preceding choreographer labs as a core element. Berlin-based dance makers made intensive use of the offering – workshops were largely fully booked.

The international performances attracted a mixed audience of dance professionals, the off-scene, and local residents. Friedrichshagen benefited from the additional cultural program; several cafés and restaurants in the district cooperated with the festival by offering festival menus.
