Overview

The Strom Festival 2025 took place in February at the Berliner Philharmonie. As in previous years, the venue opened its foyers and the Great Hall for a night of electronic music. A mixed lineup of Berlin-based and international DJs, live acts, and sound artists utilized the unique acoustics of the Scharoun Hall. Tickets were available in several categories, ranging from approximately €21 to €58.

The Strom Festival 2025 continued the tradition of transforming the Berliner Philharmonie into a stage for electronic music once a year. For several hours, the foyer and the Great Hall pulsed with DJ sets, live AV programs, and sound art installations.

As usual, the Stiftung Berliner Philharmoniker curated the program in collaboration with renowned figures from the Berlin club scene. Berlin-based acts appeared alongside international guests, and the alternation between foyer DJ sets and concert-style programs in the Great Hall characterized the evening.

The festival took place at the Philharmonie on Herbert-von-Karajan-Straße 1 in the Tiergarten / Mitte district. Tickets in various categories were available through the official channels of the Berliner Philharmoniker. The 2025 edition once again confirmed Strom's status as one of Berlin's most important festivals at the intersection of classical architecture and club culture – and laid the groundwork for the spectacular 2026 edition featuring Ellen Allien, Stefan Goldmann, and Fennesz.
