Overview
Premiere in Blieskastel: On June 21 and 22, 2025, the Urban Food Family transformed the old town around the Paradeplatz into a two-day culinary showcase. Saturday 12 PM–10 PM, Sunday 11 AM–7 PM — street food, Cittaslow stands, live music.
The 2025 premiere combined the classic street food festival format with the Cittaslow aspirations of the city of Blieskastel. Stalls from the Bliesgau (honey, fruit, cheese, wine) stood alongside international food trucks. Comfortable seating areas and live music in the baroque setting completed the weekend.
