Edition 2025 — Straßenfest Altenstadt
Already in 2025, the FFW and SV Altenstadt/Vohenstrauß invited their fellow citizens and guests to the traditional street festival on Neumühlstraße. As in previous years, with live music on Saturday evening, Frühschoppen on Sunday, and a rich offering of Upper Palatinate food and drinks. A benchmark for club life in the Altenstadt district of Vohenstrauß.
The 2025 street festival was part of the club event calendar and once again confirmed the culinary and social significance of this May weekend for Altenstadt and Vohenstrauß. The close cooperation between the fire department and the sports club, both run by volunteers, ensured a smooth process despite changeable spring weather.
The festival is embedded in a broad festival season in Vohenstrauß, which ranges from the Whitsun bonfire on the festival grounds of the outer districts to the Old Town Festival in the city center and the summer festivals of the individual clubs.
