Edition 2025 — Stork Walk Bergenhusen
The walks through the stork village in 2025 once again attracted hundreds of nature lovers to Bergenhusen. Several times a week, NABU's nature experts accompanied visitors to the approximately 25 breeding pairs — the 2025 season was successful with numerous young birds raised again.
2025 Season
The 2025 breeding season brought around 25 breeding pairs of White Storks to Bergenhusen again. The Michael Otto Institute at NABU documented the population, banded the young birds, and conducted a dense walking program.
Programme
Several times a week, tours on weekends, public holidays, and selected weekdays. Meeting point Landgasthof Hoier-Boier.
