Edition 2025 — Stendal Light Festival
The 10th Stendal Light Festival in 2025 celebrated the anniversary: 600 years of the Gothic St. Nicholas Cathedral in Stendal. Once again, the Cathedral and its square were illuminated with light installations, a laser show, and fire effects.
The anniversary edition in 2025 was themed "Cathedral of Light – 600 Years of the Gothic St. Nicholas Cathedral in Stendal" and featured an expanded program with art installations, concerts, and a grand laser show. Thousands of visitors from the Altmark region and beyond came to the Cathedral square over the two evenings.
