Edition 2025 — Stars im Luitpoldhain
Stars im Luitpoldhain takes place every two years; following the 2024 edition, the special 2026 edition for Wolfgang Haffner's 50th anniversary is planned. In 2025, Nuremberg's usual classical open-air concert was held in the Luitpoldhain instead of a new edition of "Stars im Luitpoldhain".
2025 Season – Break Year in the Biennial Rhythm
According to the organizer, Stars im Luitpoldhain is held every two years. The 2024 edition will be followed by the next regular edition in 2026, celebrating Wolfgang Haffner's 50th stage anniversary. In 2025, the city's annual classical open-air concert was held in the Luitpoldhain, a separate concept by the Culture Project Office.
Thus, the "Night of Jazz & Friends" festival concept took a break in 2025, although the city continued to use the park as a central open-air stage for its summer programming.
